Refund Policy

  2. Free bonus credits are non-refundable.
  3. Credits or refunds are available to choose from.
  4. Credits are returned first. Refunds occur after the credits are written off from the account by the company and upon a separate application.
  5. Loans or funds can be returned under the following circumstances:

  6. You can request a refund only within 14 days from the date of payment in the following order:

  7. Refunds are not possible if:
    1. The service was provided with high quality in accordance with the terms of use of the site
    2. Lack of sympathy on the part of another user, differences in views, religion, political preferences, as well as dissatisfaction with the content of incoming letters, attachments to letters, chat messages, videos, or the discrepancy between the user’s profile and his real appearance cannot be grounds for demanding a refund.

    5. We do not process refund requests or issue refunds if you have used someone else's credit/debit card to pay for Credits on our Site.
  8. You acknowledge and agree that the Company cannot control all Content posted by users and/or third parties on the Service. But you can contact support regarding this issue and we will try to resolve this problem.
  9. We recommend our customers to first contact our support team before contacting their bank in any possible situation.
  10. In case of a refund, the site reserves the right to no longer provide services.
