Prohibition of Human Trafficking, Sex Trafficking, and Abuse Promotion or Facilitation

LuluDate maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or any activity that promotes, facilitates, advertises, or supports such conduct.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in, promoting, facilitating, or organizing human trafficking or sex trafficking activities;
• Recruiting, transporting, harboring, soliciting, or exploiting individuals for commercial sexual activities or forced labor;
• Advertising, offering, requesting, or arranging sexual services in exchange for money, gifts, benefits, or any other form of compensation;
• Exploiting, coercing, threatening, or abusing any individual;
• Sharing content that promotes, glorifies, normalizes, or facilitates trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual sexual activity;
• Using the Platform to facilitate meetings, communications, or transactions related to trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.

Any account found to be involved in such activities may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated without notice. LuluDate reserves the right to report suspected illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities and cooperate with investigations as required by law.
